Why I Love Living At Nexus

A few weeks ago, my family and I (and our dog) moved into Perspective Nexus, and I’ve honestly loved living here.

Being right next to the beach is my favourite part – I can go for a surf, a swim or take our dog for a walk along the sand almost every day.

I’ve also started using the wellness centre and pool all the time. It’s so easy to head downstairs for a swim, lie in the sun for a while, or go up to the spas and sauna to relax. It makes the building feel more like a resort than an apartment, and it’s really nice having everything just downstairs from us.

Everyone in the building has been so lovely to us, which has made settling in easy. People say hello in the lift, have a quick chat by the pool and are always friendly to our dog too.

Our dog has also loved living here. We have a grassed balcony, so he has his own outdoor area, and the dog wash station downstairs has been very handy after going to the beach.

Perspective Nexus feels like a friendly and comfortable place to live, and Sherpa has done a great job creating a building that works for families, pets and anyone who enjoys being by the beach.
