COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter This competition is promoted by Caneherd Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 37 668 948 276), located at Level 1, Suite 2, 1928 Gold Coast Highway, Miami, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility The competition is open to residents of Queensland aged 18 years and over. Employees of Caneherd Operations Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period The competition opens on 24 February 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 10 March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the Flourish Market Feedback Survey in full during the competition period. Limit of one entry per person.

5. Judging This is a game of skill. Entries will be judged on creativity and originality. The most creative entry as determined by the judges will win. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize The prize is a weekend away at Airlie Beach, valued at $5,000 AUD. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Caneherd Operations Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified by phone and email within 5 business days of judging. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner may be selected.

8. Winner Announcement The winner’s name will be published on the Sherpa Group’s Facebook page on or before 30 June 2026.

9. Privacy Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with Caneherd Operations Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. General Conditions Caneherd Operations Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these terms. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise. This competition is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries Act 1997 (Qld) and applicable fair trading laws.
