Sherpa Group Secures Sell-Out Of of $55 Million Chevron Island Project

Leading Gold Coast developer Sherpa Property Group has achieved a major milestone, with the sell-out of the $55 million Perspective Helm development on Chevron Island, underscoring resilient buyer demand for premium riverfront apartments on the Gold Coast.

The sell-out follows Sherpa’s record-setting, off-the-plan sale of Perspective Helm’s Penthouse 10 for more than $10 million, highlighting Chevron Island’s emergence as a prime luxury urban address.
