Development
Hi Friends of Sherpa,
I'm reminded that growth isn't measured only by what's next; it's also in reflecting on how far we've come. True to our vision of being Always Evolving, last quarter has been marked by momentum, progress, and quiet pride across the team.
Sales have remained strong, 102 contracts now signed at Flourish Amargo and 76 at our first Brisbane site Flourish Symphony (and plenty more coming). Both projects demonstrate the strength of the Flourish brand and its resonance with buyers who share our values of community and wellbeing.
We also welcomed my son, Ethan Leet, to the team as Junior Development Manager. Ethan has always been involved with Sherpa on some level, and I am incredibly proud as a father to have him step into this role and help carry on the Sherpa legacy of creating homes that people are proud of.
As we move into the final months of 2025, our focus remains on what we do best: creating meaningful residences, strengthening communities and delivering every project with care.
