Hi Friends of Sherpa,
As we close Q2, we are reminded how easy it is to stay caught in the pursuit of what’s next...to be fair our vision is "Always Evolving". But writing this newsletter offers a moment to reflect on the meaningful progress we've made and what the team has achieved.
This past quarter marked a milestone: our highest sale to date at Perspective Helm. More than just a number, it was a conversation with the buyers that truly stood out - they are thoughtful, grounded people who shared what drew them to the project. Hearing their perspective was a reminder of why we build the way we do. Hopefully, I also convinced them to buy a boat!
We lodged Development Applications in both Palm Beach and Brisbane, opening the door for a new chapter in our ongoing partnership with local charity Serving Our People. It’s been a privilege to help them bring the People’s Market to life in Palm Beach, providing both the space and support to get this community initiative underway. Palm Beach continues to hold a special place for me. The centre zoning, the lifestyle it offers, and the sense of community all align beautifully with our Flourish vision. I’m actively looking for more opportunities in the area, so if you know of a site that could be the right fit, I’d love to hear from you directly.

Perspective Nexus
Scaffolding is starting to come down and HAL Architect's beautiful design is being revealed. LPS Group are doing a fantastic job onsite and are on track for a September completion.
We are also pleased to announce we are sold out! We look forward to welcoming the residents home in just a few months.
Freedom Vantage
We are underway at Vantage, Labrador, with YellowFin Builders onsite and pool construction underway. We do have one Beach House remaining for sale. Please call our team on 1300 327 299 if you'd like to find out more about this beautiful new home, just steps from the Broadwater.
Whitsunday Lakes Estate
Just one homesite remains at Whitsunday Lakes Estate, a stunning Master Planned development in the heart of Airlie Beach. Many of the houses are underway, with a great mix of first home buyers, investors as well as locals looking for a larger, lifestyle blocks. This is the final stage of the estate so we thank our contractors and buyers for going on the journey with us.

Perspective Helm
Blue skies, calm waters, and one very exciting update from Perspective Helm. We set sail with Eloisa from Sherpa and Angus from LPS Group to see how everything’s tracking, and let’s just say, this project is on course and cruising toward completion.
With October completion in sight, Helm is shaping up to be something special. From the thoughtful finishes to the sweeping outlooks, every detail is coming together.
Flourish on Sixth Ave
LPS Group are cracking on with excavation. Sales are ramping up again as we look to release The Canopy Collection in the coming weeks.

Upcoming Projects
Serramar Estate
We are in the final stages of approvals with Tweed Shire Council and hope to commence works onsite in the coming weeks. Serramar is a luxury acreage subdivision which will allow just 14 families to build their dream homes in this boutique Estate. With spectacular views down to Fingal Heads and Byron Bay this is truly one-of-a-kind. We have a number of Expressions of Interest already signed, so if you have interest in exploring living in Serramar please register for updates.
Coolangatta
We have secured a site in Coolangatta. More information will be shared as we get closer to launching this project.
