Perspective Nexus Sells Out Months Ahead of Completion as Coastal Demand Surges

Palm Beach, QLD: Sherpa Property Group has marked another major milestone, with its $110 million Perspective Nexus development in Palm Beach officially sold out—months ahead of its scheduled completion in September.

The boutique project, comprising just 35 luxury apartments, has struck a chord with buyers drawn to its premium finishes, elevated coastal living, and unbeatable location. The swift sell-out reaffirms the continued strength of demand for high-end, owner-occupier residences on the southern Gold Coast.

“To have sold out Perspective Nexus before completion is a fantastic result,” said Sherpa Founder, Christie Leet. “It reflects both the quality of the product and the appeal of the Palm Beach lifestyle.”
