Perspective Nexus Sells Out Months Ahead of Completion as Coastal Demand Surges
Development
Palm Beach, QLD: Sherpa Property Group has marked another major milestone, with its $110 million Perspective Nexus development in Palm Beach officially sold out—months ahead of its scheduled completion in September.
The boutique project, comprising just 35 luxury apartments, has struck a chord with buyers drawn to its premium finishes, elevated coastal living, and unbeatable location. The swift sell-out reaffirms the continued strength of demand for high-end, owner-occupier residences on the southern Gold Coast.
“To have sold out Perspective Nexus before completion is a fantastic result,” said Sherpa Founder, Christie Leet. “It reflects both the quality of the product and the appeal of the Palm Beach lifestyle.”
Positioned on the beachside strip at 949–953 Gold Coast Highway, Perspective Nexus offers expansive two- to four-bedroom apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three signature Sky Homes across nine storeys. The upper levels enjoy sweeping views over Currumbin Alley and out to the Pacific Ocean.
Mr Leet said the majority of buyers were local downsizers and empty nesters, many of whom already live in Palm Beach and were seeking a low-maintenance, luxury residence that wouldn’t compromise on space or location.
“We started designing Nexus in 2023, and to be just months out from completion with all residences now sold is a credit to our team,” he said. “But our commitment doesn’t stop at settlement. We’ll continue supporting residents beyond handover, including managing rentals and offering concierge services to assist with moving in.”
Sherpa has introduced a full-time concierge program at Nexus—a unique offering for a boutique development—designed to make the transition seamless for residents. “From setting up flatpacks to explaining appliance features or even running to Bunnings, the concierge will be there to help,” Mr Leet added.
Residents will also enjoy exclusive access to a wellness centre complete with a magnesium spa, sauna and steam room, a resort-style pool, BBQ area and outdoor dining spaces, reflecting Sherpa’s focus on holistic, lifestyle-driven living.
Community at the Core
Beyond bricks and mortar, Sherpa has embedded a deeper sense of purpose into its developments. In 2024, the company donated a $1.2 million apartment at Perspective Nexus to local charity Serving Our People, supporting their mission to combat food insecurity and provide aid to families in need.
“At Sherpa, community is at the heart of everything we do,” said Mr Leet. “Palm Beach is a special place, and we’re proud to contribute to its future.”
This initiative is part of The Sherpa Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the group, which continues to support causes focused on housing security, mental health, and community resilience.
Momentum Builds with New Projects
Following the success of Perspective Nexus, Sherpa is now turning its attention to Flourish on Sixth—a new $65 million development set just blocks away at 6–12 Sixth Ave, Palm Beach.
With construction expected to begin in March 2026 and completion slated for mid-2027, Flourish on Sixth will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments starting from under $600,000. The project includes a rooftop wellness precinct, resort-style pool, work-from-home amenities, and private recreation areas—all designed to meet the needs of modern buyers.
General Manager Daniel Clarke said early interest had been significant, particularly among first-home buyers and locals seeking high-quality, affordable coastal living.
“Flourish on Sixth provides an accessible entry point for those wanting to invest in their future without compromising on lifestyle,” said Mr Clarke. “We’re also excited to launch our new ‘Flourish’ brand, which focuses on building communities supported by onsite ‘Community Sherpas’ post-settlement.”
Sherpa has a proven track record on the Gold Coast, with 15 successful projects completed in just six years. Their ‘Perspective’ portfolio continues to grow from strength to strength, with Perspective Helm on Chevron Island now 90% sold—including a record-breaking $10 million penthouse sale earlier this year.
With construction at Perspective Nexus on track for September completion by LPS Group, the development is set to become Palm Beach’s most exclusive new address—offering a rare combination of luxury, location, and community.
