We are a locally owned development company, based in Miami on the Gold Coast. With 16 projects already delivered and plenty more in the pipeline, we have completed 100% of the projects we have started. Our strategic partnership with local builders LPS Group, guarantees delivery of our projects until 2037, a 13 year commitment between Sherpa and LPS.

Community
The Sherpa Foundation exists to build enduring capital that fuels long-term social impact. Our mission is simple: to support Australia’s most effective charitable organisations - those changing lives in housing, mental health, education, and crisis care - by providing them with stable, growing funding for decades to come.
We do not deliver services ourselves. Instead, we raise capital from businesses and philanthropists who commit to giving a percentage of their profits - typically 10% - and we invest that capital to generate perpetual dividends. These earnings are then distributed to high-performing charitable organisations, with a portion reinvested into the capital pool to ensure sustainable, intergenerational giving.

Our story has always been one of evolution, guided by Christie's vision, and grounded in the belief that great places can change lives. What began as a focus on land estates has grown into something far more expansive. From Estates to Freedom to Perspective, each chapter reflected a step forward in how we imagined community.
Now, as we expand into Brisbane and launch Flourish, we’re redefining what it means to live well creating ultimate communities that offer more than a place to live, but a place to thrive.
