Level 14 Approved For Flourish Oasis

Great news for Flourish Oasis, Gold Coast City Council has approved Level 14, releasing four new residences and bringing the total number of homes in the building to 51.

When Flourish Oasis was originally approved, the building was designed for 47 apartments across 13 levels. The newly approved Level 14 adds four more homes to the top of the building, taking the total to 51 across 14 levels plus rooftop. Construction is already under way with our building partner LPS Group on site since January 2026, with completion on track for Q3 2027.

Flourish Oasis was always designed to be something different.
